Tom Quigley is a specialist who understands how to translate the organisation's business objectives into marketing strategies that drive revenue, including tactical planning and execution of marketing campaigns, building relationships with other department leaders and maintaining operational alignment.
Tom has participated in hundreds of speaking engagements in countries ranging from the UK, France, Belgium, Holland and Stockholm to Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, South Africa and China. He also writes regularly about marketing in the outsourcing industry for international media publications located in the UK, USA and Europe.
His career spans some 31 years, mainly in two large UK financial services institutions; Aviva and Prudential. In 2008 Tom transferred from Prudential to Capita, a large UK BPO provider where he held various divisional communications and marketing management roles including Head of Marketing, Events and Design for their Insurance & Benefits Services division.
In 2016 Tom joined the National Outsourcing Association as Marketing Director. A year later he has established his own agency (QuigleyMedia) providing outsourced marketing consultancy and operational services to European businesses looking for UK market entry, and simultaneously held the role of Director of Outsourcing for Emerging Europe, a think-tank that promotes Central and Eastern Europe to global markets.
In March 2017 until 31 January 2019, Tom co-founded and assumed the role of CEO for the Emerging Europe Alliance for Business Services, Innovation and Technology, a member-led coalition that spans the emerging European region. He is also a member of the IAOP’s European Outsourcing Council.
